This weekend I had the privilege of attending a lovely private event hosted by Terrain. Held in their cozy event lodge, the atmosphere was sophisticated yet relaxed, and the variety of guests made for entertaining conversation. The highlight of the evening was the harvest plated, five course dinner masterly crafted by Executive Chef Keith Rudolf. I had my first taste of (beer braised) bison, which I thoroughly enjoyed, along with every delectable bite on the menu. I believe I heard a collective gasp when the cranberry bread pudding stuffed pumpkin arrived for dessert! Afterwards, guests were invited outside to celebrate the brisk autumn air with root infused hot chocolate and a crackling fire. It was the best kind of experience-where you laughed, forgot time, and left with a smile on your face. It won't soon be forgotten!
So envious of this evening, it sounds and looks delightful! I heard Paul of Sweet Paul attended too, no? Did you get to chat?
Wow, this looks TERR-ific – I love Terrain so much, they should conquer the European market!
Yes, I’m sure they will someday! ;)
Thanks Lindsey…Sweet Paul attended the CT dinner…I would have loved to chat with him!
Oh my word, this looks amazing!
It was Ashley, thank you!
I’ve never step foot inside Terrain but frequent their online shop a lot and I know that I love them. This made me love them a little bit more!
What a chance!
and what a pity for us not to have it in France!
All the more reason to visit here!
Awesome Will…I am so fortunate to live nearby!
Lovely photos! xo
