This was the snowy scene at my parents house in Charlotte…yes, the south! It was the first white Christmas there since 1947, and it was magical. The snow there (and in the northeast) kept us from driving back to Pennsylvania as planned, and the extra quality time was priceless.
Delighted to have found your blog via Kayla’s blog! Happy Holidays – looking forward to more of your posts.
Wonderful, I love it when that happens! Happy Holidays to you, and I am happy to discover your blog as well! :)
It was the best gift of Christmas! Mom
GORGEOUS. So glad I got to see the storm :)
beautiful!. by the way, did you grow up in Charlotte? lately, I’ve been feeling an incredible itch to move south…
Thanks Mom! xoxo
Lindsey…merci!
Kayla…no, I did not grow up there, but lived there for a while. I grew up in NH & NJ mostly…all over…(army brat). Charlotte is beautiful, but it wasn’t my cup of tea. I actually would prefer the deeper south, like Savannah, Charleston, or New Orleans. Beautiful cities, with so much history & charm!
